For a while, i had my goal weight listed here. Last summer I managed to lose 15 pounds and for some reason i thought i was being healthy about it. Until now. Looking back, i realize how restrictive i was with my diet and how little i worked out.
Well none of that! From here on out i vow to eat until i'm satisfied (clean eating FTW), workout lots and try to enjoy life as much as possible :]
i'm here to chat if anyone needs someone to vent to, etc. Even if I can't relate or give you advice, its still sometimes nice to just know someones listening what you have to say. So I'm here if ya need me <3
